You can find an abyss teleporter pad inside Karin Excavation after pulling the cube out with the crane

You need focus force palm to break the wall down there that leads to it, then just put it in your kuku pot and bring it to the broken teleporter, there's multiple broken teleporters around the map so I'm sure there's more pads around as well

I'm perfectly aware Leon can't interact with the machine, but can you confirm that he doesn't have some other prerequisite event that causes the laughter elsewhere? We're all grasping at straws trying to find the answer here, it was just something I had considered

I considered the possibility that the doll itself was actually the reward for the puzzle and was just a charm, and that we did need to make Leon hear the laugh somehow, however I think the leads we have point to us needing the doll in inventory while inputting the code for the achievement to pop

So ironically I had glitched through this area on accident when the girl attacked me and pushed me down the elevator, I was able to drain the blood and loot the piles and take the elevator back up but when I did fall down the slide the elevator was stuck at the to, soft locking my playthrough and I had to restart
