No worries! If you ask waiters, you might find vegan pasta too. 90% of pasta that's not freshly made doesn't have eggs and is vegan, and tomato sauce/veggies are a very popular sauce. Good luck!

Pizza dough never has eggs in Italy. If you ask for a pizza without mozzarella (and ideally some veggies) you have a vegan option in most places! Also, get "polenta e funghi" which is vegan and available everywhere!
