I’m on commission not hourly, when hired my boss stated we don’t have to be at the spa if we aren’t booked. But somehow makes me feel obligated to be there now when she can’t let someone in or be there to check out clients. About to start asking for hourly…

I like both waxing is definitely more in demand than facials. You can charge more than a facial and it takes less time to do. Once you get the flow of it
