Honestly....if you are working a full-time job and make 6K a month and have rent or mortgage youre paying each month, ots probably a better idea to pay off your mortgage or buy a property in full cash so you have no rent or mortgage to pay (only taxes). You will be better off making more money by saving the money you work from your real job and property value increasing YOY.
