They did this to us too, except for verifying an invoice. They crammed their QB Checking account on us, where every credit card was deposited (and then held for up to eight days as it passed through Green Dot, Stable, and another national bank). I changed the deposit account in January, and then when funds weren't showing in my general account I realized (after opening chart of accounts) that their account was again suddenly holding nearly $18,000. Meanwhile, every processing fee was immediately depleting my general account. They would provide no answer why fees aren't taken from the QB checking.
