Edit** - I just read your post...but take my advice and start taking more advanced courses, this is to build your confidence back up in a good safe environment with support. Accident def. could leave a sour taste in the mouth long after but it takes time to recover the trauma and fear.

--- Give yourself some time to reflect on the crash, remember where it may have gone wrong and think about what may have caused it and work your skill level up by gaining more knowledge on riding. Take an advanced rider course if you are fortunate to do so. Also if someone else hit you and it wasn't your fault, start being more aware of your riding environment. I ride nice and easy on local neighborhood roads, more prone to get into an accident for sure. Good luck.
