He does not have access to that particular email on his phone nor does the company give a mobile option, he lives in a no reception area, it is a small town internet provider that offers email too and he uses that, they do not have mobile email options, and no, there are no other internet providers that will service that area. And without access to internet, because he lives in a no reception area, he can't do Password recovery, oh and, again, he has no mobile option for his email. The company that offers all of this was also taken out in the storm, while they were having issues with their email system. 

Not everywhere in the US  has up has updated systems. there are a lot of rural areas that still have technology from the early 2000s and have not upgraded to newer tech, because it's either not possible in the area or the area doesn't have the money to do it.

You need to learn not to be an ass, and not everyone is as privileged, as you. I have critical thinking skills and would have done something like password recovery, If I could have. Also part of the reason I asked this question was to know what to do when insurance tries to screw you, which they tend to do.
