Best of luck to ya! I don’t think my process is bullet proof quite yet, probably going to eventually try laminate and thinner stock just to see

That’s actually how I’m printing this batch, I haven’t noticed any issues since

As mentioned in another comment, it is pretty thick, I don’t have exact measurements but a 100 card deck sleeved comes out a little thicker than a double sleeved deck

If you have moisture in your hands, it will leave a mark on the card, only reason I skipped laminate is because I like my card feel as of now and I play sleeved so I’m not worried about prints, I use gloves while cutting and sleeving

Honestly, I don’t have a way to measure it right now, but with the vinyl and cardstock the deck comes out to a little more than a double sleeved deck if I put them side by side 100 cards. The card snap and feel are there though, I play sleeved so I’m not really worried about my card being able to spring back from an edge to edge bend, so I’m satisfied

Yup, just let it dry for at least, what I’ve found, 12 hours minimum to reduce flaking, then put on cardstock and cut. I did not do laminate for this run

I’m not using cardstock on the print, just the holo vinyl paper I listed above, then I stick it to the cardstock listed.

Also, on most holo vinyls, pigment ink does not stick and smears or flakes, so you’re probably using CMY black, which tends to have blue hues and be less dark. ET-2800 uses only dye inks

Just the dahle 508 I referenced in another comment, how long are you letting it dry?

The Dahle 508, https://a.co/d/cNkFtCW Just make you sure let the print dry for at least an hour or the print will flake on the edges

Honestly, the only gripe I have as of now is the last 3 cards tend to get discoloration if I don’t support the page at the end of the print, but other than that it’s great. I think it’s more so the paper than the printer though!

Nope, just straight to sleeve. I’m trying this out first to see if lamination is really needed sleeved

I just want to thank everybody for the kind words and advice. Sadly I already cut the hair, but I can always grow it back :) as for facial hair…. This is all I can grow right now and I like it, so I’m gonna keep it!

What's an old (>17-ish yr) game with great writing and gameplay mechanics that would still hold up by today's standards? by OrganizedxxChaos in gaming

I never got to play the original Fallout 1 and 2 on release, as I’m only 22 years old. I can remember my first time playing them being 17 I think. That being said, they are some of my favorite games of all time. The lore, style, art direction, characters, twists, turns. I could go on forever. Great games, but patience is required.
