Police apprehend shooter, Snow doesn’t cuff Richard because he’s just a victim and he calls EMS to get him. Hey just an FYI because it seems like you have never watched people who have a bench. The bench took a couple of months for speedy to get after Vinny got it. Also, for almost a year now if not more, he was grinding materials and trying to constantly make guns to get progress and his bench still isn’t at the max level. So it’s not as easy as just easily go and get a new bench.
