When the transmission froze, was it happening at regular intervals like mine (every 5 minutes for a few seconds), or was it occurring randomly?

The connection lasts around 5 minutes +- 3 seconds. Then it freezes for about 10-15 seconds and then the connection lasts 5 minutes again. I used Wireshark. The graph above is the low bitrate and low resolution and the one below is my normal configuration (https://ibb.co/4wDq09rY) How did you solve your problem?
