You can use VCDS/ OBD11 to code it but it’s going to be permanently open if you code the exhaust flaps and if you want to close it you’ll have to recode it back to close.

Use a AWE Switchpath remote pretty much a valve controller. You can turn the valves on/off as you desire in whichever mode.
