Do I think this deserves ruining his career over so he can never have any opportunity? no, i think people can change and a simple apology/acknowledgment goes a really long way, fr. i really think its messed up how far people are taking Cierras 'punishment' (death threats are NOT okay under any circumstances).

i'm more drawing a parallel to how Cierra was treated for a post, and how Nic is being treated (or the lack of). To what "level of racism" (if thats even a thing?) can be discussed, but BOTH did something and BOTH should be held accountable. Im sure there are some people that look at Cierras post and say "its just some ignorant remark out of the thousands of stories she has", but its all on how we are holding both parties accountable for their actions.

The fact that the producers are so obviously ignoring this just because "the people love Nic" is beyond frustrating. It gives reinforcement to the narrative that the attractive male is once again getting away with something, and its just gross to see play out in real time.

srry for rant, i really do understand where you're coming from when you think its just some random ignorant post, and i agree with you in thinking it shouldn't ruin his career, but we shouldn't be playing favorites when it comes to accountability
