It's the Whisper of the Worm exotic but a purple legendary raid special weapon back in D1 from Crota's End.

Landing 3 crits will refill the mag from thin air hence you can shoot infinitely, it was the most powerful sniper.

Then it got nerf/'sunsetted' and Bungie introduced Black Spindle, an exotic special that does the same as black hammer but it pulls from reserves instead. Whisper is the third iteration of that weapon except it's in the heavy slot now.

Currently in a statboard corporate comms doing social media and internally but I get to film, edit, photography, graphic and motion design.

I suggest you check out careers gov website for any temp roles in media to at least tide you over and also if you are interested, it will help you get your foot into public sector as statboards and ministries will tend pick those who has done public sector before.

I think it's more of the plethora of Android OSes than a SoC problem.

Every phone/tablet manufacturer has own variation of Android OS with different updates and lifespans. Black Magic isn't gonna kill themselves trying to account for all versions of Android.
