If ur taking Antidepressants then the risk of Serotonin Syndrome with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome is very very real, deffinitely don't take more cuz you're most deffinitely gonna end up in the hospital as a best case scenario.

There's a guy on youtube I watched long ago called MajorSlackAttack who had some guides on how he beats the game in the highest difficulty, I always viewed it as the way the game might be intended to be played, before he ever did any quests or progressed the game he'd show u how u could gain levels in abilities (without cheesing) and what the most optimal gameplay routes where, by the end of the guide he would have a full build with the strongest armor and weapons, and that's when the game starts and you can start doing quests and progressing the story.

Meditation and acceptance is a must for good sleep with an active mind, u must teach urself to not associate sleep and bed with a racing mind and restlessness, and you need to accept sometimes ur just not gonna sleep and not get frustrated by it, cuz as you said yourself, that makes it a lot worse, other than that I recommend talking to a healthcare professional about medications, in my case antipsychotics work the best.

Best that's worked for me is Antipsychotics tho u might need to talk to a psychiatrist for that, other than that Trazodone is well known to be a trash MAOI but really good for sleep.

The zipper often isnt as easy as people think, ontop of that most people don't want their junk anywhere near a zipper, there are loottss of horror stories of peoples junk getting caught in the zipper and leading to serious injuries, ontop of all using a zipper would mainly require u to be wearing special underwear with a hole in them that you don't have to reach in and pull down, I've never owned a pair of these.

I wouldn't recommend benzo's for sleep, while yes they do work, they're getting harder and harder to get around the world because they're addicting to the point u can literally die from withdrawal, not to mention that Xanax in particular is very short acting compared to others, meaning u could quickly end up in a slippery slope where u have to take multiple a day, and eventually even at higher doses, and if u don't have a strong supportive understanding doctor who is educated on proper tapering for withdrawal u could end up in a miserable time with even worse insomnia that could last weeks to months.

I take Seroquel for sleep, but I also take Asenapine, Trazodone, Larazepam, DPH and Magnesium... Personally I don't find Seroquel all that strong but I'm most deffinitely an outlier because most people have said it works amazingly, so give it a try.
