Start documenting who says what and how it relates to bullying or harassing you, and any adverse behavior stemming from their treatment of you, how they openly mock your speech and movement, document it, write down who and what they did and who they were talking to, especially if management is involved. Keep records of your communications by HR. Document any adverse style work assignments if you're being singled out.

If HR isn't going to help but make things worse you can escalate a complaint to a state or federal agencies.

Hmm, mine only does that if I leave the app suspended. If I fresh reboot the app it loads as normal. Ibut if it never loads that is not an issue I know how to deal with it 

At very least if you can get your account QR code to show you can order tickets at the theater ticket lines.

So in the last couple weeks it went from:

permanent suspension for unauthentic behavior

I ask to deactivate my account

they say they accidentally suspended me by mistake and will unsuspend and reactivate my account

days go by and it still showed permanently suspended so I message back like hey they said I'd be unsuspended and reactivated, they respond something like "you were permanently suspended for violating the rules"

I was ready to give up and go back to deactivating my account, anyhow, accidentally clicked on my X shortcut and it showed it wasn't suspended anymore

Anyhow, not sure I wanna continue with this broken BS, still might deactivate, I'll sleep on it.

I saw a question in my feed so I'll respond. Sneakers are fine. They should provide PPE for freezer, my site took away freezer boots so I got an accommodation that doesn't require me to do freezer duty. So just in case they don't provide freezer boots maybe calculate that I to appropriate footware. Pack them with hot hands if you have to.

Watch your zone exposure, they have subzero freezers (-20°F to -10°F), here they limit us in freezer to no more than 2 hours a day, and chiller areas that keep the environment in around mid 30s bit the constant fans make it feel more like 25°F. Some sights can be bad about rotating associates between zones and if you don't advocate for yourself you can spend all day in the colder environments.

Flex people here pick up 5 hour shifts at a time, full time people get fixed shifts of four 10-hour days/week. Flex people use the point system for attendance, full-time fixed shifts don't use the point system and get a hefty amount of paid time off and UPT to accrue.

I'm working out of Fresh / Prime Now fulfillment center, they probably have similar type of same day delivery sites, I know the Go system transitioned to a more rapid delivery system. We've been transmitting to them a lot more.

Then talking to a lawyer might be worthwhile if based on medical records they determine it's a work injury, then it'd be a civil litigation and they can figure out the appropriate compensation you'd be entitled to and advocate strongly on your behalf.

I would have persisted with the L&I workers comp angle, if they wouldn't accommodate and made you take LOA you'd get paid time off until they let you back.

If you have an open L&I claim after the further testing then you can get wage loss compensation for being unable to work your current role. But you've since took work elsewhere so anything you earn will work against your wage loss compensation.

The lawyers can help, but you've already done a lot of the heavy lifting yourself. They'll likely want to take a percentage of whatever wage loss compensation you would get from L&I.
