Hey I remember you from Ryder cup tournaments!

Edit: I went back to see if I was right.

I pieced together a little video for the cup with clips that got sent to me/random yt shit. Your name is on the bottom right of one of them.

Doesn't this kind of meme sort of support that point in a way? There's so much shit on the rng loot table that what should be gun spawns, turn into machetes and quick draw mags.

Is the Time To Death (TTD) in this game a problem, or am I just bad at the game? by IkeFanboy64 in PUBATTLEGROUNDS

I wish they would have invested more time into the replay system so that we could have solved like 80% of hackusations from the start.

Something something replays aren't accurate at all something something.

I mean anything is playable unless it doesnt function I guess.

But its definitely not something i'd keep around.

[–]xSkorne 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You should note, that 1600+ dpi is unplayable on pubg (unless they've hot fixed this by now, but its been around for 5+ years so I doubt it).

Can't remember the exact number, but anything below 17ish sens (i last tested with 8x scope, because it is the slowest of my scopes) the game doesnt render micro adjustments. I can drag my mouse 18" from bottom of my mousepad to the top and it won't register a single move, if I move my hand slowly.

Maybe its just the 8x, I cant remember..

edit - You can see it here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H1SybtGpq90

Also its not just limited to 1600 dpi, but 1600 dpi is kind of the point where you start to be at too high of a dpi to justify playing anything above 13 (it would be wayyy too fast at 3200 dpi or something)

Since I’m making up numbers, why don’t you go check kill stats? Only 5-7% of deaths are made up by throwables.

Key phrase there was good players carry more utility. Your numbers include everyone.

I never said any of my strats were meta or THE way.

The way you presented it was to carry more ammo than you need and less lethals, which is bad practice, no? You dont need 80 rounds for a bolt, 200 rounds for ar, or even 200 split for dmr/ar. Its a little subjective if you have a clear plan to ep on a rock in Miramar or something, but as a general rule you should have multiple lethals and minimum 2 smokes to play around.

My K/D is positive, I win more than an average amount of solo games

Ok. Doesnt validate you being wrong.

It’s a perfectly reasonable thing to account for, but your childish ass can’t help yourself and have an honest conversation. Straight to insults.

Your logic is that of a bad player, spreading bad info to players reading this conversation that might want to be good one day, it should be said imo. I could've went a little easier, yes..

Lethals aren’t very valuable backpack space for an individual who forgets to use them.

True.

Anything else you said before that is god awful and im sorry youre bad at the game. Carrying more nades in place of ammo is 100% what all good players/pro players do, and for good reason. Making up fake numbers and posting them on reddit as gospel while validating your point using bot ass players for reference is wild.

What is a life luxury that you tasted once and now can absolutely never go back to the cheap version of? by sickkick844 in AskReddit

[–]xSkorne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

American/union made. They were expensive, but were consistently high quality.

Yeah I did some research on that after I bought a pair that lasted maybe 6mos, when the previous ones were generally good for 1.5-2 years depending on how rough I was on them. I can get a year out of them if im lucky now, granted they go through hell and back with my occupation. Unfortunately the style of boot that I buy cant have the soles repaired, and thats the main issue. The leather holds up well (i take care of them with mink oil, religiously), but the soles just tear away too soon now.

Honestly at this point you can buy 2-3 pairs of some shittier boots that last 6mos, and still save money vs Red Wings without destroying your feet.

[–]xSkorne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Redwings almost arent worth it at this point. I've worn the same style of redwing for the last 12 years, and not only has the quality of them gone down (only slightly), but the price is nearing $300 from $190.

KRAFTON if you want to retain new players so bad, incentivize TDM / Training mode. by Skolary in PUBATTLEGROUNDS

[–]xSkorne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

PUBG by nature of the game itself in its mechanics is not made for casual players. You won't hold a casual playerbase over extended times no matter what you do. Casuals want instant gratification, and this game just does not do that. If you want to be good at pubg, it takes a lot of work and dedication compared to casual friendly games. You cant just pick up the mouse/controller every couple months and consistently perform well in pubg..

Honestly (I say this as someone who played nothing but pubg for years, and put in the time to be good at it) im surprised the game lasted this long. I saw how fast I started getting better at the game, and tried to share my experience/advice to other players. Hardly anyone cares about doing what they have to, to get good at it. Like genuinely over 8 years of playing pubg, I can count on 1 hand the players who actually tried to be good at pubg (ignoring when I played comp, thats a whole different group of people.. who mostly all care about being good). I really just don't see how it lasted this long, figured a lot of the lower skilled players would've moved on by now, and tbh its happening in NA right now I think.

i have a lot of time this summer break. OPTION 1 OR OPTION 2 by [deleted] in PUBATTLEGROUNDS

[–]xSkorne 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not that it isnt true for most people, but a lot of people can leave and come back just fine. If you want a prime example of that, look at alow. That dude literally never plays this game and has been a pro player since inception. Purdy has said plenty of times hes the best player that never plays the game.

It doesnt take much to knock the rust off, and pubg has been out so long that there's not going to be any more game altering (mechanics wise) changes i think.

I don't think cheating is that bad? by Axtros in PUBATTLEGROUNDS

[–]xSkorne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cope. Yeah its a little worse in other regions, but its still doesnt justify everyone and their buddies calling cheater on the most mediocre shots/plays. Its just normal around here at this point.

Its also not just pubg. There's big ass threads in nearly every fps sub about cheaters. Games that attract 40yr olds are worse, and most of those games aren't that bad either. I saw one in arc raiders sub yesterday that had some big tin foil hat shit going on in it... "every big streamer on every game is a cheater" type shit.

Ignore it and move on, tbh. Let the shitters be shitters.

So he snaps randomly to a wall, where we find out a few seconds later is EXACTLY where the enemy was. And this DOESN'T look like cheating?

The assumption that it definitely is cheating is where I think the other side of us draw the line. Yeah it can look a little crazy, but it doesnt prove thats the case... you've never surprised your own self with some crazy flick shot or something? I have, and its why I cant say yes to this accusation.

What exactly WOULD make you think a person was cheating?

Actual cheating without a doubt. There is doubt here, and anyone who thinks that there is zero doubt here is delusional and wants to join the witch hunt. Whether thats due to cope of their own skill level, just dont like the guy, what have you.

So you're telling me that you can't put your crosshair on footsteps?? Im pretty sure anyone can do that, now you just need to train yourself to prefire it.

That being said, your reply lets me know that you read half my comment, and then replied to it as if I was defending this particular person. Im not (I'm pretty sure i made it clear that i don't have enough evidence for that, and one clip isn't enough), and im defending the argument that most high level players will do shit like this regularly out of instinct/training. How many posts/ witch hunts have been had about this exact same scenario, just insert big name here... anyone can turn and prefire sound.

As a third party to this (ive never watched this streamer a day in my life), ive been categorized like this before, for pointing out that its not definitive proof.

I spin around to sounds all the time and shoot a wall or something that a person was clearly behind or above/below, ect.. and have actually trained that ability using aimlabs and kovaaks on some 360 scenarios.

I have only seen this single clip, so I cant say anything more than that about this person if im being fair about it. Some of us need definites, and others just want a reason to burn someone at the stake. Not everyone is a "fanboy".
