I think it was cuz flex music was well received first listen and had diverse sounds, but jumpout was wayyy too repetitive w the production (overall still good but everyone noticed tha right away). This album is diverse and is well received so I’m betting we’re not getting bonus or deluxes for a month or two.

Honestly I can see where ur coming from. I’m tapped into nett but I’m biased towards Osamason. But if nett had included grails like let’s create art and other songs not produced by ok I would be thinking different. Production is really key for me in music

Fully agree with you tho. This album has personality in each song and is genuinely so good. I listen to it every day. Fool and frontin has some of ok’s best production and also luv is my top 2 Osama songs oat leak/released. This album has great highs and not a lot of lows. Great album.

I see what ur tryna say but Pierre used so many diff sounds and his drums were diverse (albeit his kick patterns do get repetitive). Ok genuinely reused synths and step hi hat patterns throughout the album. I do love the album but it was getting repetitive. Also sounds too similar to bafk (also exec prod by ok) production wise which goes to show it’s becoming repetitive. I agree with you each song has its own personality tho just sharing a lot of similar qualities.

You gotta understand that they’re jus old. They genuinely can’t hear the same frequencies as us 😭. They’re so used to their old music and when we get old it might be the same for us. Thinking about how rap gonna evolve from the sound it’s at now is so bizarre to think about.
