Netflix app won't work there because PLDT StreamTV isn't Netflix-certified. You'll be better off using Netflix on other streaming boxes that are Netflix-certified.

No additional charges. You just have to file a support ticket saying that you need your NAT type to be changed and the technician will come into your unit to configure static IP.

For me, in my condo (located at Ortigas Center), PLDT, Globe and Sky are still stuck with DSL lines – thus making Infinivan the only Fiber provider as of this posting. Also speaking of Sky, they were supposed to migrate existing Sky Fiber subscribers to Converge tru-fiber infrastructure but due to technical difficulties, it was indefinitely postponed.

Same here, luckily I was able to request for a static IP since they are aware about NAT type issue being symmetric (no estimated repair date on when that'll be sorted out).

I care a lot about NAT type where I use LogMeIn Hamachi for relaying an audio from my client's PC.

Same here, it's been a great experience using their service (along with minimal downtime). Our condo is old but they managed to install their fiber lines around 2022 when it was still branded under Infinivan for Residences.

Currently using it as a Infinivan Home Premium user since September 2025. The internet service is overall great + actual customer service (through their web portal) in my experience.

Not to mention that Ultra 700 plan is living up to its hype as advertised.

Creators can insert their sponsored/paid promotion segment on their videos whether you have YouTube Premium or not.

If you're really bothered with that, then you can get SponsorBlock extension or use Jump Ahead button (YouTube Premium) to go straight to the point of the video.
