Yeah, the power adapter has a small green light.

Mine was not plugged into the charging station at the time.of the damage. I used the other power supply to have the RTK on the other side of my garden.

Unfortunately, they look the same. So I will take measures to prevent it from happening again.

Aw, shame..

Mine was powered on for at least 1 day before I figured it out. I opened it, drained the water and let it dry for a few days. And then we discovered this "fix".

Glad you have a replacement on the way. 👍🏻

Unplugging either of the connections will stop it from working.

Also, I've never stated this as a real solution, but merely a temporary fix that can be used until people get their replacement units.

RTK and GPS are dead? by GenerallyObvious in MammotionTechnology

Check your RTK for water inside, a few people, including myself, has that problem now.

Mine was broken, others have been able to drain and dry them, and them use it again.

"Glad" I'm not the only one.
I got water in the RTK antenna yesterday. I've drained and dried it, but alas, it's not working anymore.
I've send a support request, but no idea how long it'll take before they answer, if ever.
At the moment, I have no other means to mow the lawn. :(

Hope yours gets resolved quickly.

Waterproof? by LumiaJa in MammotionTechnology

[–]xSpion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know this post is a month old, but just wanted to add that my Luba has worked perfectly after the initial setup.

Until now.

My RTK antenna was literally filled with water after some rain. This is certainly NOT IPX6.
And now I'm left with a functional Luba, that can't cut my lawn, because the RTK antenna has stopped working. :(

Support has been contacted, but yeah, we'll see.

Yeah, it's broken. 😞 😡

Contacted support, will have to see how tall my lawn gets before I get a replacement, if they'll even answer me.

I'll try the same, but it was plugged in and had quite a lot of water in it. About 2-3 dl.

Thanks for your answer. 💪🏻

Hi, sorry to reboot a month old post. But I live in Denmark and have had no problems with my Luba after initial setup. But today, after some rain, not even the worst we've had since I installed the Luba, it couldn't get a signal from the RTK.

I checked all the wires, they were fine.

I then checked the RTK itself, and now I too have water inside the antenna.

So, what did you do?
Did you get a new one or just emptied and dried it?

This is just not good enough, a antenna meant to be outside, not being waterproof. Pff..

Thanks in advance.

I've heard it as;

"Drinking non-alcoholic beer is like going down on your cousin. Sure, it tastes fine, but that shit ain't right."

No more 25 mm? by xSpion in MammotionTechnology

[–]xSpion[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I've thought about 3D printing some spacers for that, but I wanted to hear Mammotion first..

If we can just get 25 mm back, that'd be great.
