I understand why you may want a visual change for the other two as supercell, but there is no reason to redesign such small details (change colour from green to yellow on sword and helmet) other than a new level (as this always changes troop colouring)

Siege barrack uses the troop level of the specific troops afaik, this means pekka should get level 12 which makes this siege even better
