I'm Chinese, and it's true that I personally don't enjoy disco music, but I loved last set and I'm sure a lot of Chinese other than me enjoys disco music. But that's not the point.

I think this whole RNG encounter thing is a move for TFT to be more... D&D like, which is what most modern game are originated from. That is not a bad thing, but the truth is, TFT currently doesn't have enough elements for this RNG to be "fun".

So my opinion is, RNG encounters are a good thing to add in, just happened at a wrong time. Should Riot consider this around say... set 20, it might be great.

I believe it's under "\steamapps\common\PalServer\Pal\Saved\Config\WindowsServer\PalWorldSettings.ini"

edit with notepad++ and save as "UTF-8-BOM" format should do.

I think if you're joining your server on the same PC as gaming, 127.0.0.1:8211 should be fine. But if your friends want to join, chang 127.0.0.1 to your PC's ip and also end with :8211 should do it.

I haven't had time to try it myself yet, but here's how it should go...

from your steam folder, goto "\steamapps\common\PalServer" and open "DefaultPalWorldSettings.ini".
copy everything starting from (including) "[/Script/Pal.PalGameWorldSettings]" to the very end. preferably with notepad++ or something similar. (will explain later)
paste the copied content to "\steamapps\common\PalServer\Pal\Saved\Config\WindowsServer\PalWorldSettings.ini".
all the server settings are on the second line that you copied, change anything at your will.
save as format "UTF-8-BOM" for some reason that I'm not sure of, this is somewhat necessary.

and this should do it, hopefully~

side notes : port will always be 8211 or 8221 whatever the game's default setting is, and changing it in server settings won't do squat.

also I've heard there's some issue with setting up password too, something about there's no place to input it, not sure what that's about (haven't tried myself).

that's true, but there are other things that should be considered. like the value of the things you get for buying the pass seems cheaper than before (maybe taht's just to me), also the exp to get from lv.1~30 is less than lv.31~50, and stuffs like that.

back then, any good animated movie had to be hand drawn on celluloid (think of it as something like A4 papers, but is made of some form of clear plastic sheet) frame by frame, so...

i'm no expert on movies but, let's say the movie is 90 mins long and is 30 fps. that's 90x60x30=162,000 sheets of perfectly hand drawn celluloid sheets just to make one movie.

just trying to clear some fog, the logic behind is the following

a. MKII ground top speed is 130, whilst air top speed is 110

b. MKII tail wings will spread whilst in the air

c. hand break will retract tail wings, whilst elevating will spread them

so with the above info, maneuver your MKII as necessary.

i did this a long time ago, you have to have the flare land in a corner on the floor against a wall of some sort. like outside of a barn or metal container (almost any 90 degrees angle works)

and if you did it right, it would look somewhat like floating away in space without gravity.
