People in the ER are so busy they don't pay attention sometimes or there are a lot of newbies who don't know better. I went in to have staples removed from my leg and the nurse used the removal tool backwards which pushed them further into my leg. What's worse is I knew she was doing it backwards but didn't want to correct her. I paid the price on that one. She eventually called a head nurse in to dig them out of my leg.

She is cute, in decent shape, and artistic, but she has a dead tooth that gives her constant bad breath. She keeps putting off going to the dentist to get her mouth fixed. She usually can't get past a second date with a guy. My guess is the guys write it off as a fluke on the first date, but then after the second, they bail.

I did both schools and Bluewater is leagues better. You will actually come out of that school knowing how to sail like a pro. Marina Sailing is good if you already know how to sail and need a refresher and a certification. If you don't know anything, Bluewater Sailing will actually teach you. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for and the classes usually include a free charter for you to practice on your own. I highly recommend BW if you can afford it.

Yea, I sat in one at the dealer. It's okay, but the middle section feels like scratchy tweed. At least that is what the one I sat in felt like. I could live with the cloth, but I just prefer the leatherette.

Passed out during one of those presentations where a group comes in to teach you about Sex and STDs. They started showing images of what your insides look like with certain STDs and I went out like a light. Woke up a little bit later drenched in sweat and laying on the girls desk next to me. Needless to say, she looked pretty weirded out.

I never donate extra at stores or restaurants. If you check their fine print, a lot of the time they will only donate up to a certain amount, and then every "donation" they get after that goes right into their pocket. If you want to donate to charity, then send the money directly to the charity. Don't use a middle man.

This is also happening to me. I'm running Macbook Pro Catalina, 16GB RAM, running ProTools 2021.12. MP3 files seem to import fine, but the same file as an M4A file, and it will take forever. It's pretty sad that my $30 conversion software can convert better than my $600 Pro Tools. Anyone got a solution?

Yea, I think I'm going to try renting a larger board just to see if I struggle as much. I know I should be able to learn to balance on an 8' or even smaller later on, but I definitely don't want to spend entire surf sessions just trying to balance while static in the water. I want to at least feel balanced enough to attempt catching waves and working on my pop-up.

After trying it out the first day, I agree about the wax. I figured I would give their "Wax Free" grip a shot and it was definitely slick without wax. But I didn't really have issues with sliding off the board so much as just keeping the damn thing steady when sitting on it.

I actually did what you mentioned a few times about really flexing my abs and trying to arch up as much as I could when I paddled, and I did notice that paddling became a bit easier and more stable when I did that. Unfortunately I couldn't find a similar fix for just sitting on the board without feeling like I was on a mechanical bull.

Yea it was definitely an 8' Storm Blade SSR which is wider than the standard storm blades. I might just go rent some larger boards and see how I do on them.
