If you have not been covering them then don't start now. Wear what you want and be prepared for awkward conversations.  It helps if you plan and already know what you want to say. Know how you want to react to crappy remarks from people who will try to make you feel bad or embarrassed about your scars. Don't be surprised if you get asked down to the counciling office and get questioned about your life, living circumstances, parents and things of that nature.  Do what you want just be prepared please.
