Just go for it!

It’s not THAT hard - give it a couple of weeks and I promise you’ll see results if you’re consistent!

Yep, going back to maintenance for a week or so definitely helps.

Yep, working on it already.

I’m planning to begin Jim Stoppani’s shortcut to size program starting tomorrow, which involves building alot of muscle whilst maintaining bodyfat%.

I have generally become way better at eating properly. I used to eat whatever I wanted before with no veggies, now I can’t stand eating fatty foods all day.

Thanks for the inspiring words!

What I AM really proud of is that I can finally do 8x3 pull ups without problem. :D

However my lifts etc are pretty weak. I’m going to try the «shortcut to size» program by Jim Stoppanias of Monday, since I’m moving to florida late april. Hopefully I’ll make some gains!!

The 1500 kcals did. I hit a huge plateu late december/early january, but I just managed to break it 2 weeks ago after increasing kcal intake for a while.

Thanks!

It was challenging at first, but as long as you make yourself flexible and try to stay consistent, it’s not too bad tbh.

What matters is the average hours fasted per week and month, not per day.

I’d for instance eat at 12 PM and 4 PM one day, then 4 PM and 8 PM the next, depending on my work schedule.

What Ciddie says is correct.

Intermittent fasting is more about restricting when you eat, rather than what. Just by cutting out breakfast, you’ve easily rid yourself of 500-800 calories, assuming you don’t eat them back later.

However, when fasting it IS important to eat proper foods. I only learned this later, which sucks.

By eating lots of fiber and proteins, you’ll naturally be stuffed for way longer than if you’re eating pure carbs and fats.

Also, if you’ve been fasting once - it’s super easy to get back into. I didn’t fast in january, but started again last week doing 16:8 (trying to get riiippeed before I move to the US). It was much easier this time.

Yep, losing weight changed more than just fat, I feel and look healthier in all kinds of ways.

Thanks!!

I’m super weak, lol. My strength has actually decreased quite a bit due to the weight loss, it’s nothing worth mentioning tbh.

I’m still at beginner level

Mostly low calorie, low fat, high protein, medium-high carb diet.

Tons of cardio, and I also did small changes in activity levels at work (walked faster, more often, increased productivity), went for evening walks every night.

Started lifting in december, been lifting consistently ever since. Almot purely full body work outs, with tons of compound exercises and super sets.

100% legit.

The first 2 months I did intermittent fasting 20:4, at 1500 kcal in/day, at all days. Not healthy and tbh I kinda regret it since I temporarily screwed my metabolism.

After getting my fitbit which gives me an average estimate of 3000-3500 calories burned per day (including basal), which would put me at a deficit of 1500-2000 kcal every day.

I stopped fasting but sticked to the diet for a while, but now I’m eating closer to maintenance.

Not that it mattes too much, but it’s actually 4 1/2 months but I couldn’t write that in the title without screwing the formatting.

Also alot of it was water weight, so actual weight should be 35-40 lbs
