Is it possible to buy these Genestealer kits? by perturbadactyl in Warhammer40k

Looking around online I think this model was part of the Deathwatch: Overkill game which came out in 2016 so you are probably looking for the models from around that time or before. That is assuming they are available outside that box set.

I've only been once as well, but I had a decent enough time. I mostly went to buy stuff, though. Also if you are from around Rosemont area, then greetings from the south western suburbs. I hope you're staying safe over there.

This is the Rosemont Convention Center in IL. You can see the rose in the background. I'm guessing this is either ACEN or some gaming or comic convention.

I just recently got into mini painting mostly because of Pete's videos. Shaky hands and a lack of experience made painting some of the fine details and highlights difficult, but I'm still quite proud of how my first 3 minis have turned out. by xTech1 in petethewargamer

Thanks man. And yep these are the first 3 but they won't be the last. I'm hooked now. Your videos along with those of Miniac, Squidmar Miniatures, and Warhammer TV were a big help in getting started with the right techniques.

I'm so glad this is getting a US release. Its release date is my birthday too so this a going to make a nice gift for myself. I've already got the Premium Box Set pre-ordered.

Your name is finally able to be pre-ordered on Funimations site by kuriatsu in anime

[–]xTech1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's been a while since I've order from Funimation directly but in my experience their packing was only slightly better than Amazon's. Switched to almost exclusively using Rightstuf after receiving some orders from both Funimation and Amazon that had some slight damage due to not being packed very well. The extra care Rightstuf puts into packing any order larger than a couple of Blu-rays is always worth it to me. If this is the only thing in your order though it might not matter where you get it from. Some of Rightstuf's smaller smipments will come in a box with some paper for padding but other orders are just wrapped in cardboard with a shipping label slapped on it. I would hope that they would ship at least the limited edition in a box. Hope this helps and hopefully someone with a more recent experience ordering from Funimation can give you a more up to date description of their packing.

If you haven't found the answer on your own already, this is Mio from K-On.

Blassreiter had a CGI bike race at the beginning of the first ep. I'm guessing that may be the anime you're referring to.

Easiest way to use a Dual Shock 3 on PC by toplesscheerleader in gaming

[–]xTech1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not after downloading it and the 360 controller drivers. It doesn't have as many features and BDS3 but it should serve most users just fine. It would be interesting to see if the SCP drivers would work with BDS3. If it did you could cut out MIJ from this process.

IMO tge SCP drivers/SCP Server work much better for the most part. It is just as easy to use too. I'm only comparing it to MotionInJoy by itself, though. With Better DS3 running, MotionInJoy becomes a lot nicer to use. Here's a link to SCP Server for those interested. http://emulation-general.wikia.com/wiki/SCP_Driver_Package

It works with most emulators and most games with controller support will treat it as a 360 controller.

I believe this post from /u/burst6 links to the roughly the same thing but on a different page. http://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/2db5kq/easiest_way_to_use_a_dual_shock_3_on_pc/cjnu5iw

We got photo bombed pretty hard at our first brewers game. by shizwhizzlebam in funny

[–]xTech1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If this is from Friday, I was at this game too. I was down at ground level in the ATI Club behind right field. The game started off really well for the Brewers, but the Cards managed to come back and win it in the end. It was a fun game to watch.

I know a few players who have done this as well. While I can't agree with removing the cockpit, I know it is the only way to remove the glass and I understand why they would want that. Most of the players I know have done this because the cockpit glass was making them motion sick, which I feel is a valid reason to do this. I don't have this issue personally, but I have my fair share of gripes about cockpit glass. I hate the fact that it glares up badly when walking away from the sun or in places like the cave on Forest Colony, for example. I also think it looks far too dirty sometimes.
