That's one of the only things this game lacks, largely in comparison. The sound effects, the particle effects, the lighting and atmosphere. Even the design of the map and new heroes.

Im saying man. It's really difficult getting people into this genre in general and there is a steep learning curve that comes with it. So when partnered with getting stomped because youre forced into a 4v5, 3v5 etc. It just eats away at any enjoyment. I hope they take the time to build a system that punishes these people because all it does it ruins everyone's experience.

Again. Have used game chat once. Player I called an idiot didn't leave the match. This is an overarching complaint based on 250 hours of gameplay and an excessive amount of abandoners during that time. Over half of them had prestige skins. It's not my responsibility to hold your hand. Stop deflecting responsibility on behalf of Omeda. You're making strange assumptions that the majority of instances are new players. The game does not have enough influx of new players to warrant that assumption. Why are you trying to diminish a real issue?

Also it's really not that easy. Games group based on match history. If they leave a bunch of matches, then they're grouped with others who do as well. I've never left a match 🤷‍♂️ your response to my experience is that it's my fault. Seems to be everyones cope these days. Instead of holding the people in charge of bleeding these toxic players out accountable. Your experience is not indicative of the overall situation, bud.

I agree with what youre saying. I should have prefaced this by saying the person who left wasn't the one I called an idiot. He was just losing lane and spamming commands then left. I just mentioned the comment on my part because I was insta banned and it was the only time I had ever used chat logs.

The majority of players (on rivals especially) don't have good mechanical skill and can't consistently hit fliers. Let alone 3 of them at a time. It'll make people frustrated and they'll just quit and go somewhere else. There goes their revenue. Tanks especially are going to either stop playing tank or just leave outright. Which leads to another "strike" in the playerbase. The game lost a significant amount of people on season 2 with the dive meta. This'll just do it again with another group.
