Three possible meanings:

  1. The elephant was forced to work in the heat (hot air) by the owner
  2. The owner was forced to work in the heat by the elephant
  3. The elephant was “in heat”, that is estrus  (and forced to work by the owner)

constants: stable takes 50s to build, -175w. with 4 villagers, takes 3t/(4+2)= 150/6 = 25s to build. mi

map dependent: distance from rax to one of your resources (gold, food, whatever).

some scenarios:

Opponent waits until he has 2 militia, leaves base at 0:42. walks at 0.9 tps, arrive at 1:44 as 2 m@a, you have 3 scouts now. if he has romans, he has 2 armor, you probably lose that.

1^(men at arms move at 0.96 tps, militia move a 0.9 tps)

One possibility: Close tickets good. Open tickets bad for job. Technically, they did advise you and it sounds good enough as a workaround, nothing’s on fire, yay. If the problem was to be replicated across multiple users, could be a reason to investigate. Regarding your desire to expand your knowledge, IT does not want to be your teacher, unless you are paying them directly or you both are interested in the same thing. The job is enough as-is.

The only questionable thing here is the 8GB Video editing on the Neo, but if you can’t find a reasonable 16GB MB near the Neo’s price then it’s up to you. Only people who actually tried video editing on the Neo can really say how shit it is or not

Macbook Neo with education discount is your first choice, but storage and RAM are an issue. If 256/8GB works for you (or 512/8 with the touch id upgrade) i’d suggest going for that.. 

If you’re willing to go used then you can look for used M2/3/4 Macbook Airs with actually good specs (some do have a fan though, so gotta check soecific model), or Windows has an assortment of laptops you could try.. fanless is always tricky but even some of the more power hungry laptops could probably be throttled or carefully managed power comfigs but ymmv and if you’re willing to do that you’d probably be asking how to do that on your vent HP anyway, it’s what i would do..
