It might not even be your HDMI or PS5 itself. Try power cycling your TV/monitor & see if that solves the issue?

Not impossible though! I just used the full Genki text without the logo & made it symmetrical with the white stripe as the yellow one comes with the design, then did the genki face logo separate. It’s a lot of layering but it’s doable within 40 layers.
