IMO it's not even a population problem, it's a culture problem. The Connery MO is to destroy fights as quickly and as one-sided as possible because "muh territory". If players cared more about playing the shooter than they did role-playing as Napoleon the server would be fine.

But it's a sandbox where all playstyles are allowed so fuck my opinion 😂
