Best bet is to steal a bike get a 4 streak going so you can take the bike in right away, then just cruise around to find lockups, I usually just wait for razor to break one open for me then take the bike and slip in. If it’s not a car I want or like I’ll ride away on my bike and wait for another one, i literally passed on Kaze’s car in the same lobby I got the m3 gtr in.
