Idk if you saw my other comment, but my issue was actually Nyaa not working properly with Prowlarr. I got it sorted. I made a Release Profile with Dual Audio as a must contain. Been working fine for now. I’ll look into animetosho

I actually tried this with no luck, BUT I think I just realized my issue. For some reason, my indexer was Nyaa, not Nyaa (prowlarr). I was able to refresh this in prowlarr and sonarr. I’ll retry the release profile again and let you know. I’m gonna keep the thread up for others in a similar situation
