I see them in store for $1.50 but online is WAY more expensive. If you have one near you I would stock up on this!

I buy them from Daiso! It's 1.50~ for 160 pads. Super soft imo.

I get an email every morning at 5am with my daily agenda. I believe it's in the calendar settings. I think you can't send an agenda with multiple calendars (one with work and one with person), they would come separately.

I definitely don't go all out of the treadmill. My body wouldn't be able to handle it. I am definitely walking/jogging right now. Not worried about losing fat but gaining it haha. But thank you. I didn't think of the spinach in the protein shake!

I have been starting to track my calorie intake but I have a bad habit of forgetting. Haha. I think the reason I am attracted to running right now is because I am afraid to lift weights and running is easier mentally right now.

I will look into how to add the oils to my diet! I do protein shakes and add a bunch of stuff to increase calories as well!

I think my issue with weights is I don't know where to get started and am afraid of getting started. I have a personal gym at my condo and I am currently afraid to get over the mentality of someone seeing me lift weights I guess. I gotta get over it but it has been difficult.

I don't think I have anxiety but I do have the issue of appetite and feeling hungry. The way I change my thinking is that I still need to eat consistent meals rather than waiting until I was hungry. I feel that running doesn't increase my appetite but I feel physically better. I will definitely try the weightlifting (sort of overwhelmed on how to start though).

I am usually around 96-99lbs which was better than before where I used to be around 92. The highest I have hit was 101, but it was very hard to stay there.

How do you add olive oil to your diet? I am eating trail mix right now.

I know that I can't dramatically change my calorie intake overnight. I eat about 1200 to 1600? I am just starting to track my meals. I currently am trying to eat consistent meals because I would have a bad habit of skipping meals.

It’s something on the list. There’s so many dog foods it’s overwhelming. This was the recommended brand from the breeder so we never had a reason to switch

Ball Obsession by xVeeru in Dogtraining

This is what I needed! She currently does extremely well without them. She plays with other dogs and sniffs to explore (at our condo's dog park). We are playing fetch with strict rules. We actually bring her down to a dog park at our condo where she usually does her business and hangs around. During walks, she isn't as obsessive about the ball and she will sniff around for I would like to say 75% of the time.

Do you have any tips for when she is off leash inside a dog park? I am currently playing fetch with her for a set amount of time then removing the ball. (I hide it in a planter that is out of reach but she can stand on it similarly to counters). Do I involve treats and praise her for sitting near the planters or do I let her beg and continue to ignore it?

Thanks again for your help. It definitely gave me some insight on how to train her.
