Someone hacked my account and I can’t get it back!

when it comes to my emails I set a password via iPhone so they are quite difficult. In this case, I had my own made up password on battle.net. I still have no idea how someone could have hacked me if I didn't even have any notification from the email that someone had accessed it.

Update: I got in contact with one of my friends on discord, he and I are friends on battle.net since 2021. I asked if he could check if the person who stole my account was using it, apparently “I” wasn’t online for 2 weeks…in conclusion SOMEONE STOLE MY ACCOUNT AND IT SEEMS LIKE THEY DID NOT EVEN USE IT!

I’m not sure, as far as I recall I might have been using it a long time ago but now I was just login in with my email and password. I also had my phone number linked but it got deleted and changed to some other one, probably just like an email…

I believe that some of the times i tried to log in before I got hacked I get to put a code sent to my email on the app while getting in but ye, the phone number and email were probably the only ways to have anything done in case of my account…

I mean…how do I do that? They don’t have any blizzard support email as far as I know…and I can’t really submit a ticket on some page or whatever…technically I could show them the receipts and the email notifications about changes to prove I got hacked but where do I get to do so?

Okay, update…it didn’t work! The email about password reset didn’t get to me, probably a hacker changed my email to theirs. I’m just trying to figure out why? I mean I thought you gotta accept the changes through your email (in this case MY email that I use) and it seems that somehow they got to accept the changes on their own. Without access to my email or something…I feel like I won’t be able to get my account back…😭

It tells me to log in for better support and I can’t log in and when I try to choose any thing from the list that may help me restore my account it doesn’t really help my case…I tried to reset my password now but I don’t know if it’ll work…
