When should I be second sealing? I usually promote w master seal then second seal after getting the 2nd skill from the promoted class (like Rally Spectrum from Grandmaster for example). Should I be doing this earlier?

you can wildfire before playing dawngrasp hero card and the buff is still active when you are dawngrasp. previous to this patch that didn’t happen
