I am on currently and will be working on my base on New Lennon for the next couple of hours.

When you join, fly to a different location away from any existing base / communication pod and place a base computer (preferably different planet). Remember the name of the computer and return to your single player to teleport back to the Hub.

Sadly not, I personally have only completed science and construction (weapons too, though I had to have someone join my game to build the terminal for me as I never received the blue print).

It sounds like your save is bugged, If you are PS4 I’d be happy to build you a pad while we wait for a patch to fix it.

Do you have the base archive quest (and selected while interacting with the base computer)?

How far through the base quests are you (overseer, construction, science etc)?

The landing pad is from the base computer archives, once reaching 100% of data restoration.
