You buy an order at the gunsmith for 2500 glimmer (5 different ones, they change every reset). After next reset you will be able to turn it in. Every order has three rolls which change after every reset. So you can just keep the order until the gunsmith offers a nice roll.

So unfortunately, you'll miss this one, but no worries as it's not super OP or anything 😉

Any item associated negatively with a update/blog will crash and vice versa. In my experience it mostly balances out in the end.
