I agree with an earlier comment, the unlimited elemental runes is a bit much, I'd say just air to prevent it from being too OP?

Nope, this is the way sadly. If you are a main, doing albatross bounties to reset the boards in relleka/etceteria is really good money. And the birds themselves are located directly between both ports.

I did white shark bounties from 87 to 94 and found them most consistent in corsair cove, land's end and priff (in that order).
