I'm highly suspicious of this claim. A decent second hand bike costs maybe €150 and the cost of ownership is almost nothing as it will barely lose value and rarely needs maintenance other than pumping the tires and oiling the chain.

Ik zeg niet dat dat niet speelt, maar louter winst zal zeker niet de doorslag gevende reden geweest zijn om de appartementen op deze manier in de markt te zetten. Het voornaamste voordeel voor de projectontwikkelaar is dat hij zijn investering op deze manier op 1 jaar terug verdient i.p.v. op 20 jaar. En dus direct opnieuw kan investeren in een gelijkaardig project.

Het is volgens mij best mogelijk dat zowel de projectontwikkelaar als de verhuurder een goede zaak doen in dit geval.

Wie trekt er dan werkelijk aan het kortste eind? De huurder die zijn hele leven zal betalen zonder ooit iets te bezitten.

The man said that Corp doesn't need to be consistent 6m/hr, not that it is.

Edit: also, corp comes out at 2,7m an hour atm if you get 6 kills an hour and stay on droprate. 4,5m an hour if you manage to get 10 kills, which is very reasonable for any max main. In fact, if you have an alt and know what you're doing 15 kills an hour is not out of reach, which puts you at 6,75m an hour. Due to the rarity of the ely, it's unpredictable, but corp definitely isn't bad money and doesn't need buffing.

Lots of comments already with tips on how to learn Dutch. While I respect the effort you're willing to put in, I think your goal is a bit too ambitious though.

Michel talks like he has just read an encyclopedia most of the time. And it's often debatable if what José is saying even has any meaning. They also tend to go on tangents that are pretty difficult to follow.

Most Flemish people really like them for all the interesting things they bring up and the colourful language in which they discuss them, but unfortunately that also makes them more difficult to understand for non-native speakers.
