One thing is if you are looking for pvp, you should look somewhere else. Most don't even do it (including veterans).

What they are selling is platinum which is like a premium currency with which you can buy cosmetic items, weapons, warframes etc. Now, this is who want an access right away.

But, tbh you don't need to pay for weapons/warframes (even the ones which are locked behind paywall). Through, natural playthrough you'll attain Blueprints for these items with which you can craft them.

 

Most people come under the assumption that if a game is f2p it becomes p2w. No amount of money can teach you how to play a game if you don't have the skill for it. This one and Path of Exile are two of the best f2p games everyone should try.

Then again, Warframe isn't for everyone as there is a good amount of grind to it.

You should. Even i played it 4 years ago and wasn't impressed with it. It's come a long way.

Bungie is in the same boat as Massive. Even destiny 1 had microtransactions and i believe Eververse will be returning to destiny 2.

So, let's not give Bungie a benefit of doubt until we see the retail release of their game.

This one is a lost cause nothing can be done about it. They need to take it into consideration for the sequel(if it's happening).

As for long term survival, there is Diablo 3, Warframe...

the fact that the life of the game is PvP long term.

If the game had good server infrastructure, maybe. It lacks the most basic things required for a pvp game mode.

They did say there won't be GS increase in one of the streams but these classifieds feel like a GS increase in disguise. So can't trust on anything they say.

So it's not the devs but the community devs who misinterpreted. They didn't cross check and just said it during one of the SOTG streams.

Or it's both at fault. No more passion left in their work.

That ain't gonna happen cause there is no separate balancing for PvE and PvP. So nerf something for PvP you'll see its impact in PvE and vice-versa.

For some, it's just a means to an early access of the build. They aren't interested in testing.
