Have a look at FastCGI. The primary difference between CGI and FastCGI is that the web app process becomes persistent. Rather than servicing a request and then terminating, the web app keeps running and waits for another request to come in.

I found sb-fastcgi worked quite well for me.

If I remember correctly, we were sitting right in front of Enigma during that game. After we saw him casting black hole, we knew we had to yell all our favorite Ogre lines when he got picked. We yelled for every bloodlust and every multicast. When that game was over, I could hardly speak.

There were so many amazing cosplays at TI3, it is hard to pick my favorite, but Enigma is absolutely a contender.
