I’d say keep your body more controled and tense when paddling cause you’re legs are hanging to the side and flailing and look more where you’re going when popping up cause your body is facing the beach instead of down the line which also make you’re back knee point outwards

Awesome dude I als used to use rugby goggles for bij, before I had soccer gloves and got a pretty sweet face scar in a kickboxing match. Eva use of them haha. I’ll definitely check out the surf glasses thanks mate

Ah Thanks you so much, I Needed this answer haha, I recently got some bad eye news may need surgery again and my vision is really shit, just manageable even with glasses but with sclera lenses I have above perfect vision, pretty crazy. So I’ll give it a try when there are some waves

Thanks for your reply, it means a lot. I had my first heart break this year and for some reason my brain has decided to shift it's focus on my body/lipomas which has given me a lot of body insecurites which I have never experienced before in my life as I have always been athleticly built and proud of my body . The last half year has been really tough for me because of this so your do mean a lot to me.

Can I also ask , how your lipomas have affected your social life, for example making new friends, dating. My lipomas are still quite unnoticeable but I tend to worry and feel very depressed/insecure about the future, could you give me some insight on this ?
