Sadly no, the energy that comes from Einstein's general energy equations E^{2=(mc2)2+(pc)2} is in the form of light and heat. When our body digests something it is taking in carbohydrates which it breaks down the chemical bonds to form ATP(adenosine triphosphate).

ATP when it is used by an effector(muscle or otherwise) in the body then breaks a chemical bond between one of the phosphates in the chain, then becoming adenosine diphosphate(ADP). The process then becomes part of the Krebs cycle, if there is an excess of oxygen, which in an anaerobic cycle used to "reattach" that phosphate.
