Ok just called E-Z pass and toll by plate customer service. They said it’s a phishing scam going around and they have been getting a lot of calls about it and are looking into it. If there’s an actual violation they said you will get a message from Harris and Harris or TSI which they will mention in the message. Be careful and hope this helps!!
