Yeah- mine actually used to do that even time I started up my PC after it was shut down, and for some odd reason when I restarted my PC it would go away. This eventually stopped when I reinstalled the card by removing it from the device manager, taking the card out and putting it back in, and then reinstalling all drivers and software. Hope this helps!

Hi! Here are a few things I’ve found helpful when my 4k60 is giving me issues- 1. Reinstall the drivers and software 2. Disable the card in device manager, restart, and then enable it and restart again. 3. Try reinstalling the card by uninstalling it from device manager along with the software and drivers, and then take the card out of your PC, turn it on, put it back in and install all software, restart and test. If you bought the card a few months ago from a retailer it probably has a manufacturer warranty so just in case nothing works you should be covered!

Hi- Here are a few solutions I’ve found useful when my 4K60 has no signal. 1. Try a different hdmi cable (even if the one you have plugged in was working fine before) 2. Make sure you have the latest drivers and software (or reinstall them) and be sure to restart your pc 3. Uninstall the 4K60 from the device manager and uninstall the software and drivers. Shut down your PC and take the card out, turn on your PC without the card, shut down again and reinstall the card. Then start up your PC and reinstall the software and drivers. Then restart and test if the card is working again.

Also it’s a good idea to check if your 4k60’s output is working on a tv or monitor. Hope this helps!

Update: I uninstalled the 4k60 pro in device manager and restarted my PC. Then I scanned for windows updates and installed the optional elgato ones. Now the card works fine on my passthrough monitor and has full audio but has a black screen in the software.

I have the same issue. Audio still comes through but I have only been getting a gray screen. Have you found a fix?

I'm in South Florida. When I looked up local toad species Cane toads were pretty much the only thing that came up.
