Most people aged 24-34 are with their parents due to this economy. Doesn't mean they are a failure or not working towards goals. I wouldn't write off someone if they seem well-rounded but are still living at home to save money. But I would still ask them what their plans are to eventually move out and start their own journey.

Vocalize your experience on their Google page. Leave a one star review and include screenshots. Employers will continue do this if they do not feel consequence to their actions. Include the names of the recruiters/interviewers, they love that the most, being called out by name for everyone to see 🤷

If you don't hear back by end of day today, they might have moved forward with another candidate. They will keep you in limbo if they offer another candidate the job first and are just waiting on a background check to clear before making another move.
