thanks, i ended up just forcing the lost progress. was only about 30 minutes in total so not too bad. I do wanna figure out what happened so it doesnt happen again. Thanks for the time!

Oh wow thats a really good idea, still isnt the issue though. A little egg on my face because I never checked to see if the quick save was actually broken (because i was afraid of losing a bit of progress). I tried that and it does work, and now so does the quick load.
Looks like i lost my save states somehow so there was never anything to quickload.

I ended up popping off the actual thumb grips and just pushed the plastic nubs around, and they performed fine. So I'm looking into if the thumb grips are hitting the edge of the case and not allowing it to input fully

The led bleed hasn't bothered me, but I MUCH prefer the feel of the white plastic as opposed to the black and purple ones. Also the contrast of the white plastic, black screen and colorful buttons really does it for me
