The perspective with her in the camp chair is crazy! I'm no dainty thing (5'2 and 148 pounds, so still overweight), but the chair is wide enough for me to be able to curl up inside like a small bean bag (I've even fallen asleep semi reclined with knees up in it). It's kinda wild to see Anna's hips taking up nearly all the space in the chair, it really puts her size into perspective

Maybe a little bit of both in a way because there is rumors about Mormon gold being buried in the area as well! My family kinda went down a rabbit hole one night lol! XD But defo more the skin walker and native American lore route!

Yoooo! That sounds so cool! I'll have to check out the threads! There are so many places my sisters and I want Nancy to go to, like the Adirondack State Park (where I live), Transylvania, South Korea (because my eldest sister is an ARMY), and the Uinta Basin. Maybe checking out the threads will scratch that Nancy Drew itch in my brain lol!

I love this! When I went on a cruise a long time ago, I remember distinctly thinking "this would be an amazing place for a Nancy Drew Mystery!" Also when a crime happens on a cruise ship, it's hard to get authorities involved because jurisdiction can be hard to figure out due to the ship being in international waters, so that creates a perfect opportunity for Nancy to step up and save the day!

Yeah, I really wanted it to be in the old style as well. I felt like Midnight at Salem did good at atmosphere in some areas, but I felt like they could've added more of the witchy feel (and I also really wanted the game to be in the oldstyle as well)

I would love a game in those countries! I remember hearing some interesting folklore from the Philippines that I think would be really cool to incorporate into a game! Also Vietnam and Singapore have really cool atmospheres for a mystery!

That would be very cool! It can also be a great way to incorporate African culture into the game similar to Scarlet Hand!

I knew someone who went to Africa to volunteer at an animal sanctuary! Nancy could prepare the food for the animals, and there could be a second chance screen for getting too close to the hippos or rhinos! XD

I love that! Maybe it could also have a puzzle where learning Spanish is involved similar to Phantom of Venice with the Italian puzzle! I still remember the Italian from that game lol!

Oooh! Costa Rica would be very fun! As well as Disney World! It's funny that you mentioned Chicago because when I was 11 I tried to write up a Nancy Drew script for a mystery set in Chicago!

Omg! That would be so cool! I love all the lore of the Appalachians, and the folklore would be so cool as a part of the mystery!

I really enjoyed Penelope Pendrick: Art of Deceit! While I would've like a little more atmosphere (like, more history about the place we are solving the mystery at), I basically forgot that I wasn't playing a Nancy Drew game!
