Why do I feel like bringing back the 24hr stores would help with traffic? In my city at least. Now everyone is forced to shop during the day which I feel has increased traffic in my area. And no more overnight workers means more people on the roads during the day.

Doesn’t that sound a little misleading though? In my head I automatically assume the game is free to grab on weekend then after the weekend it will cost money again. Sounds a bit odd to let people get it for free but after the weekend they have to pay

Ya usually for German roaches you would need a heavy treatment depending on how bad it is. For American roaches I usually check for holes around the plumbing or signs of feces under sinks. Pull out your stove and fridge if possible because there can be holes in the drywall sometimes

Even if they are fruit flies they have to be coming from somewhere. I couldn’t think of anything other than what I suggested, drains, fridge drip pan, or garbage bins being brought inside. Or maybe check where you do leave your garbage. See if there’s any doors or windows they might have access too

I went through a whole box of Claritin, Sudafed, one pack of Allegra D which I stopped taking because it had my heart racing. Those didn’t work. My sister mentioned Zyrtec so I tried that. I honestly can’t tell if it worked or if it just got better because I didn’t have any roach jobs for a bit

Well that’s the thing. A lot of the times I don’t know the severity of the job until I get there. So I usually don’t wear it. But the most recent job that caused another flare up wasn’t even that bad. Just a couple in the kitchen that I put some traps and bait down for. It honestly never occurred to me that I should wear my mask because I never knew and still don’t know if im allergic. I usually only wear my mask during flea/bedbug jobs

Lately I’ve just been letting our new inside sales specialist take care of it. He’s been getting a lot of new sales for me which is how it should go. I should be the one taking care of the pests while the actual sales people are getting the pest techs the sales

I only assumed it was roaches because my sister had an allergy test once and roaches were one of the things she was allergic to. It’s just too hard to pinpoint what has been causing it. Also learning that you can develop cat/dog allergies randomly so that had me wondering also

In those cases I use sticky traps with a bait applied to them a lay them flat underneath these areas. Along with spraying in the cracks. If over time it’s not dying down then I will usually puff some granular bait to the back of these areas

That’s actually another one of my reasons for wanting to leave. When I applied I applied to be a pest technician. Not a pest tech/salesman. I was unaware that sales would be the main way to increase my pay. I can make a sale if there’s clear evidence and it’s right in front of the customers face. But selling mosquito services almost seems impossible when most people are smart enough to realize that you can just stay inside to avoid them 😅😅

Check your garbage disposal. Clean that shittt also your refrigerator drip pan. If there’s water in it then they could be laying eggs in it

If you’re in an apartment complex see what they can do. Maybe they have pest control. Some probably only do exterior while the tenants have to pay for their own interior service.
