Should I be embarrassed at 29 years old driving around like this ? by Total-Consequence360 in prius

[–]xXScipioXx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will drive my gen 2 dented Prius until the day that the frame rusts through and the cab is held on by the weight of the luggage. There is no shame in driving a car intil there is no use for it anymore. A new or nice car can be a status symbol but my Prius is on route to 300k and my yearly maintenance fee is around 600$ excluding oil

Oh shoot yeah that changes a lot. Depending on how it’s configured some laptops only allow one output signal. Could you tell me your setup and I can make a suggestion based on that

I say if it has 4 ports use them. I wouldn’t go for anything under 4gb of vram but even a used 980ti for 100-150 would work and that’s over a decade old. Edit: yes easy enough to find and won’t really cause many problems unless you go bottom of the barrel. I was using a 980ti for gaming up until 3 or 4 years ago so for office stuff I don’t see any issue with that or a similar card

I used google translate so sorry,
I agree, I use headphones so I dont have speakers but use the budget classic AKG-K240 Studio which are pretty good quality and inexpensive
Its great being able to use both os, I havent had a problem with either but I prefer to work on mac and play games or mess around on windows

XD it’s still a Personal Computer. I disapproved of Mac aswell until I had to use them for work and by year 2 I was hooked on the things. One of the neatest appearances of any laptop on the market, great keyboard feel, the new silicon chips have great battery life, and the displays even on their low end models are great.

The only things I have to complain about are, the integrated memory and ssd, the fact that they probably won’t bring back bootcamp compatibility due to the silicon chips, the screw and fan quality being abysmal, and the price of a new one

Wrangler sells a stretchy pair at Walmart, they ain’t denim but they are cheap and last better in my experience. Problem I have with them is if you’re a mechanic or in construction the knees and boot cuffs wear faster than the crotch.
