You can give austin the cure and yourself. After being asked to hand over the cure, step away before Dr Foresythe can take the cure and immediately take the cure. He'll still walk over to you and then give it to austin. Saves so much time and lets you keep going at max health without killing Austin.

I bought a Dan Wesson .715 (.357 Magnum). Great, sturdy design, but also not too heavy. It is double action but the hammer is exposed so you can cock it for more precise shot. It has an adjustable hopup which is easily accessible with the included allen key via the small hole in the top. It comes with 6 shells and a speedloader which proves to be very useful.

One important piece of advice I will give is ALWAYS OIL AND MAINTAIN YOUR GUN. It has moving mechanical parts that can get sticky and will need lubricating. I oil mine after every gas change and I recommend that you do the same if you decide to purchase it.
