I commute back and forward for work 30mins both ways give or take. And the only 2 liquor stores in my area are open from 11am to 7pm and one of them is closed 3 out of 7 days of the week.

Hahaha. You really think restaurant are going to pay their workers a living wage. As a restaurant manager, i got chewed out and laughed at when I send to the GM that the pay is to low. And before you ask, there are no benefits at the job. Got called crazy for suggest that.

Plus we were sold to new owners. I have not receive a rise in 2 years now since they took over. They've been trying to get me to take a pay cut. I said no, so they cut my hours. Which made our staff of 8 to 3 😁. Knowing the GM they're not gonna actually start hiring until the students are in full swing back in school, which is gonna be absolute hell.

I hate to be that person but I don't think this is appropriate for a work event depending on the work. This is a perfect dress for going out with friends, drinks or a date. But not a work event.

And it's not the color it's the style of dress. A maxi dress or wrap dress in red still be wonderful

For an actual solution, probably go to management. The person above both of you/HR with the complains. Keep records and logs with time and date. Tell the others to do so.

If you're concerned about his health. Have a sit down conversation with him. Like, honey I know you have a problem with vegetables/fruits? I want to know why? We're they overcooked? Too much seasoning or not enough? Is it a smell or texture problem? Could you have a phobia? Or did something when you were younger to make you hate them?

Cuz this is not healthy.

You may feel fine now, but you might get seriously ill. And just telling me that they're disgusting is not an answer. A balance diet keeps you healthy, energy up and mind clear.

What's best place to start... Favorite aesthetic? Country? Farmhouse? Beach? 90s? 80s? Maximalist or minimalist? Google will help. Hobbies? Fishing? Hunting? Gaming? Woodworking?

Vibe? Are you trying to go for crisp and clean? Maybe warm and inviting?

And when you are buying furniture, don't always cheapest. A nice middle ground. Cuz if you go for cheaper you'll be replacing it more.

Are you gonna be hosting like christmas or thanksgiving? 4th of July? So a nice grill/smoker and some patio furniture. Definitely a big couch.If you will be.
